After identifying a legacy payroll system issue within our cleaning business, People & Capability Manager Charmaine Higgins played a pivotal role in delivering fair outcomes for our employees.
Working closely with Delron employees, Charmaine demonstrated an uncompromising resolve to fix the system.
While it was a big team effort, Charmaine stands out because of the way she tirelessly supported employees and leaders throughout the process.
Her open approach, and absolute commitment to do the right thing helped build trust and respect, and ensured our people felt safe to speak up.
