Congratulations Scott Spencer
Scott Spencer is the person to call when there’s an issue on one of Sydney’s water mains. He’s the Maintenance Fitter that Sydney Water requests by name and is known as one of the best Ventia experts on the Sydney Water contract.
Scott is the first to roll up his sleeves when something goes wrong or needs fixing. He personally follows up outstanding items until a job can be resolved and is always willing to help.
Putting safety and health above all else, Scott ensures that no work goes ahead unless he can prove that conditions are safe. This was demonstrated when he recently stopped work to protect the welfare of the team, despite the pressures of a deadline.
Thinking outside the box, Scott is known for his innovative ideas which have not only solved problems for our client, but also provided them with significant savings. He willingly and consistently shares his knowledge and proactively develops and deploys training to upskill our tradespeople.
A standout ambassador for our brand, Scott has built trust with our client Sydney Water, his peers, management and suppliers through his personal integrity, continued drive for excellence and strong delivery of Ventia’s values.
