We’re establishing a Diversity Council to support our progress in creating a more inclusive workplace. It’s an exciting move for us and we’ll have more news on this soon.

What’s new on VQ

When planning your professional development, have you considered approaching a colleague to act as a mentor? Or perhaps you’re an experienced leader who would like to share your expertise?

Our online learning portal, VQ offers short online courses for both mentors and mentees so that you can get the best out of a mentoring relationship.

Education Assistance Standard

Our new Education Assistance Standard supports our plan to continue to build Ventia as a place where you can learn and grow, and reach your full potential.

Through the standard you’ll be able to apply for assistance to fund tertiary studies relevant to your career path and aligned to our business requirements. Applications for support from mid-2018 onwards will
close in June.
